    Meeting architecture and design

    Visual and thematic creativity is our strong point. We propose original solutions, graphic design, complete visual identification, scenography, scenarios and contemporary presentations. We consult and agree upon all our activities with You – the client – so that we can best meet your needs and expectations.

    Project management and logistics

    We take care of all aspects of a meeting. We use the IPMA method in managing our projects. Analysis, action planning, budgeting, programming, effective implementation, summing up, recommendations and… a growing group of satisfied customers.

    Communication and marketing

    As you plan and prepare for your congress or event, we will be your advisors at every stage. We can advise on and prepare the process of bidding to secure an event (BID). We develop promotional campaigns and implement them on your behalf in Poland and internationally. We make use of the latest solutions and tools for presentation and communication. We help organise promotional, marketing and sponsoring campaigns aimed at securing participants and funding for the congress. We record our contributions in the form of photographs and film.
